The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pound misses the shot to the body.
Mouth feints and then cracks Pound's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Pound down.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Mouth manages to break the clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Mouth looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Mouth darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mouth throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Mouth works his way into full mount!
Pound is trying to escape the mount.
Mouth looking to finish with strikes here!
Mouth thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Pound can do anything to dispel that myth.

Mouth postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Pound looks a forlorn figure.
