Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joonas Kolstela (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hutch Gibson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kolstela comes to the cage accompanied by Here Comes The Boom. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hutch Gibson!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Jorge Garcia and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kolstela throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
No luck for Gibson with that takedown attempt.
Kolstela lands a nice hook to Gibson's body. Gibson takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Kolstela lands with an uppercut that bounces Gibson off the cage and back into rage.
Kolstela throws the left hand but Gibson avoids the punch easily.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kolstela really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Gibson sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Kolstela's guard.
Kolstela is trying to maintain the position but Gibson is very close to passing his half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Kolstela is working hard here to advance position.
Gibson seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kolstela does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Gibson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kolstela paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Kolstela sizes up Gibson with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Gibson steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kolstela.
Kolstela lunges at Gibson with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Gibson's hand.
Kolstela throws a sloppy head kick and Gibson moves out of range easily.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Kolstela creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Kolstela escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Gibson takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Kolstela lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gibson circles away quickly and effectively.

Gibson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Gibson throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kolstela works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Gibson wants to control from the top but Kolstela keeps moving.
Gibson might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Kolstela kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
