And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wayne lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

It looks like Dylan Laidlaw has been cut.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Laidlaw is defended easily by Wayne.
Wayne throws a head kick that misses.
Wayne misses with a wild combination.
Wayne throws a series of punches but Laidlaw moves out of range.
Laidlaw closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Laidlaw looks to land a combination but Wayne avoids it well.
Wayne digs a good hook to Laidlaw's body.
Wayne tries to bum rush Laidlaw with a series of wild strikes but Laidlaw uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Laidlaw tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Laidlaw with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Wayne to score with a decent uppercut.

Wayne thumps Laidlaw with a low kick.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Wayne, as that shot connected.
Ben Wayne is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Wayne turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Laidlaw takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Laidlaw takes one on the chin but seems OK.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wayne lands with a straight right. Laidlaw didn't see that one coming.

That has opened up Dylan Laidlaw's cut even more.
Wayne lands a nice shot that snaps Laidlaw's head back.
Decent striking displayed by Wayne there.
Wayne walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Laidlaw drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Wayne swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Laidlaw's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
