Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Santeri Sikaniska (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexis Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sikaniska's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, 2 Brothers on the 4th floor - Fairytales. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Alexis Stone!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Arvi Lind.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sikaniska throws a right hand that Stone ducks under and follows up with a left that Stone also avoids with ease.
Stone looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Stone darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Stone thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Sikaniska keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sikaniska wants to get back to his feet.
Stone is trying to control the action in half guard but Sikaniska is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Sikaniska will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Sikaniska tries to bum rush Stone with a series of wild strikes but Stone uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Sikaniska lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Stone circles away quickly and effectively.
Stone fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Sikaniska moves in looking to clinch but Stone pushes him off.
Sikaniska tries to close the distance and clinch up but Stone swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Sikaniska throws a nice looking combination but Stone bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Stone closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Sikaniska is trying to stand.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A lull in the action here as Stone stalls from top position.
Stone working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
Stone looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Sikaniska is avoiding damage well.
Sikaniska wants to get back to his feet but Stone drags him back down.
An elbow from Stone crashes against the mat.
Stone lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Sikaniska down.

Stone is looking to take a break and control but Sikaniska is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Sikaniska is pushing Stone's head away, looking to escape. Stone manages to hold on to the position though.
Stone misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Sikaniska's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Stone pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Sikaniska wants to try and get back to his feet.
Sikaniska blocking the ground and pound.

Sikaniska in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The referee warns Sikaniska that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
You get the feeling that Sikaniska really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Stone with a couple of short strikes.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Sikaniska is squirming around, avoiding Stone's attempts to control the action.
Stone looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Sikaniska covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
