The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Xu connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Kayne scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Kayne lands with a kick to the ribs.
Mark Kayne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kayne gets caught flat footed, as Xu shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Xu prevents Kayne from getting back to his feet.

Xu shoots in for a takedown but Kayne shows good takedown defense.

Xu takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Xu stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Kayne.
A slow jab from Kayne misses its intended target.
Kayne with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Kayne lands a jab to Xu's midsection.
Xu is breathing heavily.
Kayne misses with a body shot.
Kayne sizes up Xu with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kayne throws a monster overhand right that drops Xu! Kayne follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
