Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuiper has Velouria up against the cage in a clinch.
Kuiper is fighting off a takedown attempt but Velouria is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Kuiper to the mat. Kuiper regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Velouria controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kuiper is trying to control the position but Velouria postures up.
Kuiper keeping moving, preventing Velouria from controlling successfully.
Velouria's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Despite being in the dominant position, Gouge Velouria just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Kuiper is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Kuiper tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Velouria swats away the attempt to clinch by Kuiper.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Velouria turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Velouria manages to end up in side control.

I looks like Velouria might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Kuiper is looking for a sweep.
Velouria controls the position.
Velouria's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Kuiper wants to control but Velouria postures up.
Kuiper sneaks back into half guard.
Velouria keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Velouria seems to be working for a kimura but Kuiper defends the submission attempt.
Kuiper has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Velouria is working away from the top position though.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Kuiper tries to get to full guard but Velouria has control of the leg.
Kuiper tries to kick Velouria off but Velouria keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Velouria tries to pass the half guard into mount. Kuiper knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Kuiper pushes Velouria off looking to stand but Velouria dives back in and keeps control.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Kuiper lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

and Velouria counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Velouria wants to control from the top but Kuiper keeps moving.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gouge Velouria dominated that round.

Horrible takedown by Kuiper or perhaps it was just good defense by Velouria which made him look bad.

Velouria has his feet on Kuiper's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Kuiper tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Velouria paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

and Velouria decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Kuiper's guard.

Velouria wants to control from the top but Kuiper keeps moving.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Gouge Velouria has got the better of the ground game so far.
Kuiper bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Velouria's guard.

Kuiper wants to pass the guard but Velouria is keeping the position.
Velouria lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Kuiper!
Kuiper is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Kuiper trying desperately to get to his feet.
Velouria tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Kuiper is trying to stand up.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gouge Velouria showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Kuiper connects with a high kick.
Kuiper throws a nice inside leg kick.
Piter Kuiper is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Velouria fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kuiper sprawls well initially but Velouria persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Kuiper regains full guard. Nicely done.
Velouria stops Kuiper from standing up.

Velouria might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Kuiper kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

and Velouria counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Kuiper looks to clinch
and Velouria counters with a single leg into guard. Kuiper didn't expect that.
Velouria slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that's the end of the fight!
Gouge Velouria comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
