Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Quik Yin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Angel Molina (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yin's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, I Got A Feeling (lol :P). Angel Molina acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Quik Yin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Angel Molina!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yin looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Molina ducks under a wild hook from Yin.
Yin connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Molina tries to clinch up.
Molina drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Molina takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Molina tries to clinch up but Yin circles away and keeps his distance.
Angel Molina seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Molina thows a body shot but no joy.
Yin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Molina moves away.

Molina takes the fight into the clinch.
Yin blocks an elbow strike.
Molina lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
The referee is keeping an eye on Molina - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Molina connects with a nasty looking knee right to Yin's face.


It looks like Quik Yin has been cut.
Molina slows down the pace here.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Yin.

Molina tries to land knees in the clinch but Yin avoids the damage to the body.

Molina decides to pull guard.

Molina escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Yin gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Molina can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Yin controls the pace.

Yin controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Molina had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Yin defends it easily.
Molina keeping moving, preventing Yin from controlling successfully.
Molina is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Molina looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Yin has picked Molina up and slammed him! Molina can't keep hold of the triangle and Yin manages to pass to side control!

Molina tries to bench press Yin off him but Yin keeps the position.
Yin happy to just control the position for now.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Quik Yin.

Molina has managed to clinch.
Molina is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Molina continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up.

Yin manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Molina drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Yin manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Molina has Yin in his guard.
Molina thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Yin sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Molina's guard.

Molina is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Yin pulls his head out easily.
Yin content to control rather than advance.
Yin moves nicely into side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Angel Molina will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Quik Yin's cut.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Molina fails in his attempt to clinch.
Molina shoots and misses
and Yin counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Molina doesn't manage to clinch there - Yin circles away.
Yin scores with a hook to the body. Molina takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

and Molina counters with a lovely straight right hand!

and Yin counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Molina!

Yin seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Molina for as long as he can get away with.
Molina regains half guard.
Yin is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Molina wants to get back to full guard.

Molina is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Yin's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Yin's back!
Yin tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
Molina is breathing heavily.

Molina swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Yin is now in Molina's guard. A big mistake from Molina there, giving up the dominant position!
Yin not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Yin is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Quik Yin.

and Yin counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Yin lands a nice looking body shot.
Yin circles away from the clinch attempt

Yin gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Yin lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Molina!

Molina is trying desperately to improve position.
Molina wants to control but Yin is having none of it.
Yin prevents Molina from getting the reversal.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Molina is squirming around, avoiding Yin's attempts to control the action.
Yin tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Molina is looking to improve his position but Yin isn't that keen on the idea.

Molina is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Yin takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Molina tries to lock up and control but Yin gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Yin looking to control but Molina is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Quik Yin overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Yin's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Well, if Yin is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Molina wants to improve his position but Yin is controlling well.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Molina is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Yin looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Yin content to control rather than advance.

Molina is trying to keep Yin in close.
Molina looking to hit a scissor sweep but Yin is one step ahead there.

Yin controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Molina has his foot on Yin's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Yin works his way back into a safe position though.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Molina tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Yin wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
