5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Steve Urkel! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Andrew Berry and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Donkers has closed the distance and engaged Urkel in a clinch.
The referee is keeping an eye on Donkers - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Donkers works on Urkel's body with a couple of short punches. Donkers lands a shoulder strike. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Donkers. Urkel looks gassed! Wooooo! Urkel is breathing heavily. Urkel is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Donkers sees it coming and defends easily. Donkers tries to kick Urkel off but Urkel keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Urkel is stalling here. Donkers is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Urkel seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Donkers has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Urkel gets back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Donkers stands up from half guard. Manny Donkers is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Urkel takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Donkers misses with a double jab.

Urkel shoots in and bounces Donkers off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Urkel won't allow Donkers to get back to his feet. Urkel drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Donkers manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Urkel has Donkers in his guard. Urkel working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Donkers doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Donkers manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Donkers would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Steve Urkel has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Urkel keeping moving, preventing Donkers from controlling successfully. Urkel looking to control.
Donkers will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Donkers takes the fight into the clinch. Donkers working some nice short punches in the clinch. Donkers is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Urkel is defending well for now. Urkel decides to pull guard. Urkel is looking for a triangle but Donkers pushes his legs off easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Donkers wanted to stand there but Urkel had control of the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Urkel is working an open guard so Donkers takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Manny Donkers is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Urkel dives in and grabs Donkers's left leg, looking for a takedown. Donkers pushes down on Urkel's head and hops out. Donkers scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Donkers scores with a hook. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Donkers takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

And that's the end of the fight! Manny Donkers showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Donkers, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
