Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Arjan Boudewijn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Dubois (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Boudewijn might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Search for the Holy Grail. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Arjan Boudewijn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Chris Dubois! The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Edson Gomes and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No joy there for Dubois, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Dubois closes the distance and lands a one-two.
It looks like Arjan Boudewijn has been cut. Dubois fails to land with a series of punches.
Dubois throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Boudewijn closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Boudewijn postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Dubois is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Boudewijn trying to control the action but Dubois is working from the bottom. Boudewijn misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Dubois really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Boudewijn. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's one minute gone in the round. Boudewijn sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Dubois is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Boudewijn trying to control the action but Dubois is working from the bottom. Sloppy strikes there by Boudewijn. Boudewijn wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Dubois, who protects the arm well. Boudewijn is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Dubois is trying to escape and Boudewijn transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Dubois is forced to tap! Nice work there by Boudewijn! Very nice indeed!
