Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Felipe Paraventi and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roberto shoots for a double leg takedown but Bebeto sprawls well. He's pushed Roberto's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Bebeto closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Bebeto throwing strikes but Roberto manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!
Roberto is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Bebeto knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Roberto swings around for an armbar but Bebeto sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Roberto's guard.
Bebeto knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Roberto on the ground.

Bebeto wants to stand but Roberto has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Bebeto stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Roberto swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Roberto utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Bebeto wants to get up but he can't break Roberto's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Roberto stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Bebeto.
Bebeto lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Roberto circles away quickly and effectively.

Bebeto changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Roberto looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Bebeto is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Roberto defends it well.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bebeto connects with a nice short shot to Roberto's temple.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Bebeto seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Roberto does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Bebeto is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Roberto doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Bebeto.

That's time! Bebeto's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Bebeto is pressed up against the cage. Roberto has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Bebeto down to the mat. Bebeto avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Bebeto is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Roberto gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Bebeto wants the takedown. Roberto is fighting it off but Bebeto persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Roberto's guard against the cage.
