The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yuuki Gou and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson misses with a two punch combination.
Fik drives through with a takedown into guard.
Fik loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Fik tries to free his leg and advance position but Jackson is retaining full guard.

Fik got a little sloppy there for a moment and Jackson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Fik has managed to get both his arms back between Jackson's legs - danger averted.
Fik drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Fik jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Fik has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Jackson slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

and Jackson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Jackson is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Jackson jabs Fik right on the nose. Fik blinks but takes it well.
Fik thows a body shot but no joy.
Jackson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Fik moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Fik darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Fik is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Fik is looking to advance position but Jackson won't allow it.
Fik is trying to control the action in half guard but Jackson is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Fik wants to control but Jackson is keeping him busy.
Fik passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Jackson!
Fik trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Jackson has left one of his arms exposed and Fik doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Jackson screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
