Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Travis Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Razor Face (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Face has chosen Welcome to the TerrorDome as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Travis Taylor! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Razor Face! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, David Schapiro and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Face scores with a body shot.
Taylor tries to score a power double leg takedown but Face sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Taylor somewhat. Taylor slips a straight right by Face. Taylor ducks under a wild hook from Face. Nice shot lands for Face. A big left from Taylor misses. Face misses with a looping right. Taylor on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Face throws a right hand that Taylor ducks under and follows up with a left that Taylor also avoids with ease. Face missing with a left hand there. Taylor was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. A looping hook to the body misses from Face. Taylor does a little dance to reset his feet. That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Taylor postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Taylor throws a strike but Face rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Taylor is pulling down on Face's head. It's preventing any offense from Face, at least for the moment. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Taylor is trying to control the position from the bottom.

That was a close second round but I would say that Travis Taylor will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Face throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Taylor. Taylor closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Face did well to prevent Taylor getting side control. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Face holds on and takes a little breather. Taylor working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Razor Face seems to be getting the better of the standup. Taylor fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Face avoids it really well and circles away. That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Face seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Taylor is holding on tight.
