Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gray Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pekka Perkele (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hunter might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Dream Theater - Pull Me Under. The crowd seem to be enjoying Perkele's choice of entrance music: Danzig - I Don't Mind The Pain . Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunter tries to clinch but Perkele is having none of it.
Hunter doesn't manage to clinch there - Perkele circles away.
Hunter slips a jab and a cross from Perkele.
Hunter tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Gray Hunter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hunter tries to close the distance and clinch but Perkele swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Hunter closes this distance looking for a takedown but Perkele circles away.
Perkele misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Perkele throws a hook but Hunter avoids it easily.
Hunter uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Perkele.
Hunter lands the left hand.
Perkele throws a sloppy head kick and Hunter moves out of range easily.
Hunter throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Perkele's waist but Perkele gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hunter off to one side.
Hunter has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Perkele.
Hunter is breathing heavily.

A big head kick from Perkele and Hunter is sent sprawling to the canvas!

Hunter is rocked!

It looks like Gray Hunter has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Perkele loads up on a big left hand. Hunter felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Perkele looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Hunter can't hide his disappointment, as Perkele celebrates the victory.
