Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brain Edwards (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Tribbett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Brain Edwards has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Brain Edwards seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Yves DeLean and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edwards feints and as Tribbett raises his hands in defense, Edwards changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Edwards trying to control the position from guard on top but Tribbett is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Tribbett is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Tribbett working for a triangle but Edwards defends it easily.
Edwards has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Tribbett to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Edwards is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Tribbett pulls down on the head and he's put Edwards to sleep! This one is all over!
