The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vasilyevich closes the distance and clinches up with Amagov , looking for a takedown. Vasilyevich pushes Amagov against the cage but Amagov circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Vasilyevich misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Vasilyevich seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Amagov does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Amagov is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Vasilyevich pulls his head out easily.

Amagov has gone for a leg lock! Vasilyevich slips out almost immediately though and dives into Amagov 's guard.

Amagov isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Vasilyevich stacks Amagov on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Vasilyevich!
