Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 8 - 1, fighting out of New York, Eugene Kalivas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fatty McFatty!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Eddie Farnsworth and Bruno Lombardi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kalivas smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
McFatty missing with a left hand there. Kalivas was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
McFatty throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kalivas sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Kalivas swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kalivas uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by McFatty.
McFatty thuds his right hand into Kalivas's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
McFatty avoids a low kick by using good footwork.

Excellent takedown into side control there by McFatty.
McFatty is putting a hurting on Kalivas here, landing some big shots from side control.
McFatty throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

You can see the frustration on Kalivas's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
McFatty has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
McFatty tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.

McFatty looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Kalivas is avoiding damage well.
McFatty lands a decent elbow from side control.

McFatty misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
McFatty throws a strike aimed at the side of Kalivas's head but Kalivas avoids it well.
McFatty in side control lands a decent elbow.
Kalivas is trying to control McFatty's posture but McFatty avoids it.
Kalivas is trying to buck McFatty off.
McFatty looks up at the clock and then as Kalivas takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, McFatty smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!


Kalivas is rocked!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
McFatty lands an elbow.
Oh Kalivas is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kalivas is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
McFatty lands a strong strike to the head of Kalivas. That's dazed him! McFatty looking to finish here. Kalivas is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - McFatty lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
