The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davies slips a jab and a cross from Beyer.
Beyer misses with a straight right.
Davies throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Davies takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Davies throws a series of punches but Beyer avoids them all with ease.
Beyer throws a one two combo.
Davies scores with a jab to the jaw.
Beyer uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Davies.
Davies misses with a double jab.
Davies thows a left - swing and a miss!
Davies takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Davies walks into a left hand.
Davies throws a jab but it's blocked by Beyer.
Davies is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Beyer shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Beyer postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Davies looks a forlorn figure.
