Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Josip Ruzic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tuukka Tuhero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tuhero is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Kadonneet Kolme Sanaa. Tuukka Tuhero has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruzic stuffs the takedown.

Tuhero fails with a takedown attempt.
Tuhero fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Tuhero closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Tuhero is nestled in close to Ruzic, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Ruzic has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Tuhero can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Ruzic tries to roll over but Tuhero keeps him under control.

Ruzic had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Tuhero is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Ruzic Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Tuhero's back instead.

Ruzic is trying to stick to Tuhero's back but Tuhero is turning into Ruzic. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Ruzic's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Tuhero.

Hammerfist, elbow! yells Tuhero's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ruzic drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ruzic jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
