The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kotowiec drives through with a takedown into guard.
Kotowiec stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Perazzo swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Kotowiec passes into half guard.
Kotowiec passes the guard and advances to mount!

Kotowiec is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Perazzo has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Perazzo can't escape the position.
Kotowiec avoids the attempt from Perazzo to control.

Kotowiec goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Perazzo is on top in guard.
Kotowiec bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Perazzo's guard.

Kotowiec tries to free his leg and advance position but Perazzo is retaining full guard.
Perazzo wants to sweep here but Kotowiec controlling him for the moment.
Kotowiec stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Perazzo swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Perazzo has his foot on Kotowiec's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kotowiec works his way back into a safe position though.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Kotowiec shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Perazzo is trying to defend but Kotowiec finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Perazzo is defending against the submission attempts here by Kotowiec.

Kotowiec is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Perazzo doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Kotowiec.
Kotowiec wants to free his trapped foot but Perazzo is holding on for dear life with his legs.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kotowiec passes the guard and advances to mount!
Perazzo tries to hold on but Kotowiec pushes him away.

Perazzo has left one of his arms exposed and Kotowiec doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Perazzo screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
