Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brayden Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Ovechkin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee comes to the cage accompanied by In The Morning. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brayden Lee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ivan Ovechkin! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Tiny Johnson and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lee thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Ovechkin if he has to take too many more of those.
Ovechkin shoots in looking for a takedown. Lee tries to sprawl out of it but Ovechkin keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lee manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Lee connects with a crisp jab. Ovechkin takes a shot right to the bread basket. Ovechkin pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lee cracks Ovechkin with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Lee tries to clinch up but Ovechkin circles away and keeps his distance. Ovechkin misses with the body kick and Lee counters with a nice low kick that buckles Ovechkin's knee momentarily. Ovechkin looks for a takedown but Lee sprawls well. Lee clinches. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Lee. Ovechkin blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Ovechkin is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Lee pulls him back up using the underhooks. Brayden Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ivan Ovechkin. Lee looks to throw an elbow but misses. Lee lands a left hand that snaps the head of Ovechkin backwards. Nice elbow from Lee. Ovechkin being controlled against the cage. Lee trying to land knees to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ovechkin takes an elbow to the forehead. Ovechkin is trying to drag Lee to the mat but Lee just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Ovechkin blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Lee lands an uppercut. Ovechkin takes a shot to the head. Lee stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Lee unloads a knee to the mid-section. Lee lands an elbow inside that Ovechkin shrugs off. Lee looks to throw an elbow but misses. Lee tries to stall but Ovechkin uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Ovechkin drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Lee gets the underhooks and prevents it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Knees in the clinch landing for Lee.
Ovechkin looks gassed! Ovechkin tries to pull guard but Lee won't allow it.
Lee tries to land knees in the clinch but Ovechkin avoids the damage to the body. Ovechkin pulls Lee into guard.
Lee wants to stand but Ovechkin has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Ovechkin is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Lee wanted to stand there but Ovechkin had control of the position. Ovechkin looking to control.
Lee trying to stand up but can't free himself from Ovechkin's guard. Ovechkin is looking for a triangle but Lee pushes his legs off easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Lee got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ovechkin has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lee has managed to get both his arms back between Ovechkin's legs - danger averted. Ovechkin bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Lee's guard. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Lee is on top in guard.
Lee wants to stand but Ovechkin has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Ovechkin throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Lee has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Ovechkin is proving hard to escape from. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Ovechkin looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lee knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ovechkin on the ground. Lee would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Lee avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Ovechkin looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Lee is defending well. Ovechkin quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Lee has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Ovechkin celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
