Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Finny Gussa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zebedee Duran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Zebedee Duran!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Elvis Blanc and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duran throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Gussa closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Gussa is nestled in close to Duran, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gussa takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Duran tries to land a front kick but Gussa steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Finny Gussa dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Gussa moves out of range as Duran throws a body kick.
Duran throws the kick towards the body but Gussa avoids it.
Gussa shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Gussa unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Duran wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Gussa celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
