Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Baker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trainer Wrestle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Frank Baker!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Trainer Wrestle!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Summer Carpenter and Eliza Hachem.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Baker gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Wrestle to score an easy takedown into full guard.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Trainer Wrestle has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Baker doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Wrestle counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Trainer Wrestle has got the better of the ground game so far.
Baker is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Baker is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Wrestle can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Wrestle connects with a nice short shot to Baker's temple.

Well Wrestle has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
