Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between rafa henningsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Noah Grant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). henningsen comes to the cage accompanied by i get money. Grant has chosen Whoop That Trick as his entrance music. Noah Grant told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grant fails to land with a series of punches.
Grant shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says henningsen as he avoids it easily.
Noah Grant seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Grant throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around henningsen's waist but henningsen gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Grant off to one side.
henningsen shoots in and bounces Grant off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
henningsen stands and throws Grant's legs to the side, diving into side control.
henningsen thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
henningsen is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Grant is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

henningsen has hold of Grant's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Grant tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - henningsen cranks the arm and Grant screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Grant, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
