Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rolando Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Ricardo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alves comes to the cage accompanied by Ghostface Killah - The Champ. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Nice takedown defense from Ricardo. No joy for Alves on that attempt.
Alves misses with a jab, cross combination.
Ricardo looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Alves.
Ricardo is looking to regain half guard here but Alves keeps moving and retains side control.
Ricardo is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Alves wants to lay and pray for a moment but Ricardo keeps working.
