Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lenny Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rasputin comes to the ring accompanied by TURISAS - Rasputin. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 1, fighting out of London, Lenny Jones! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Atkins and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones fails to land the takedown. Jones misses with a wild combination.
Jones moves in looking to clinch but Rasputin pushes him off. Rasputin stuffs the takedown attempt from Jones. Jones gets slowly back to his feet. Jones circles away from the clinch attempt.
Rasputin misses with a two punch combination.
Jones changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rasputin tries to avoid it but Jones manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rasputin to the ground. Rasputin escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lenny Jones. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A head kick misses from Rasputin. Jones tries for a takedown but Rasputin sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Jones moves in looking to clinch but Rasputin pushes him off. Lenny Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rasputin tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones throws a sloppy head kick and Rasputin counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Rasputin. Jones wants to get back to striking at distance but Rasputin won't allow it.

It looks like Lenny Jones has been cut. Rasputin lands an uppercut. Jones jumps guard but Rasputin stands there with Jones around his waist. Jones gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Rasputin gets underhooks to prevent Jones's takedown attempt.
Jones wants to break free but Rasputin has control.
Jones fails to pull guard.
Jones is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes. Jones tries to pull guard but Rasputin won't allow it.
Jones is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Rasputin pulls him back up using the underhooks. Rasputin scores with a shot to the side of Jones's head. Jones looks gassed! Rasputin pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Jones throws a nice looking combination but Rasputin bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rasputin is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Rasputin tries to clinch but Jones moves out of range. The fight stays on the outside here - Rasputin looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Jones tries to clinch up and Rasputin counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Rasputin. Rasputin stands up and waves to Jones to follow him. Rasputin fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Rasputin shoots in for a takedown and gets it, with a heavy slam. That will score well with the judges.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rasputin thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Rasputin stands up from Jones's guard - Rasputin perhaps looking for a knockout. Rasputin takes the fight into the clinch. Jones is fighting off a takedown attempt but Rasputin is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Jones to the mat. Jones regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Rasputin stands up from guard. Let's bang! Rasputin misses with a low kick. Jones tries for a takedown but Rasputin circles away easily and Rasputin counters by clinching up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rasputin drags the fight down to the ground.
Rasputin had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Jones defends it easily. Rasputin is looking for a triangle but Jones pushes his legs off easily.
Jones must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rasputin is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Jones has his hands clasped together but Rasputin extends an breaks Jones's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Rasputin.
