Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rocky Naylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Domagoj Kovacic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Naylor might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Rocky The Nice Man Naylor. Kovacic has chosen Wtihin Temptation-Memories as his entrance music. Domagoj Kovacic is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, William Gold and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kovacic tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Kovacic looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Naylor shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Kovacic napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Naylor seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Kovacic for as long as he can get away with.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Rocky Naylor.
Naylor shoots in looking for a takedown. Kovacic tries to sprawl out of it but Naylor keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kovacic manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Kovacic has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Naylor can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Rocky Naylor.
I think Naylor has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
