Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Duncan McAlister (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Silvizzle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 2 - 1, fighting out of New York, Anderson Silvizzle!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Chad Campbell and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McAlister misses with a jab, cross combination.
McAlister misses with a double jab.
Silvizzle throws a series of punches but McAlister avoids them all with ease.
McAlister throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Silvizzle on the side of the head.
McAlister paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
It looks like Anderson Silvizzle has been cut.
McAlister tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Silvizzle was well out of range. Poor timing from McAlister.
McAlister misses with a looping right.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
McAlister wants to slow Silvizzle down by chopping away at his legs.

The fighters circling - McAlister throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Silvizzle is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

A decent looking cross lands there for McAlister.
McAlister throws a hook to the side of Silvizzle's head but Silvizzle sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Silvizzle avoids the body shot from McAlister.
Silvizzle tries to clinch but McAlister moves out of range.

McAlister avoids a punch combination nicely.

McAlister throws a hook to the side of Silvizzle's head but Silvizzle sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
McAlister connects with a looping right hand.

Duncan McAlister seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silvizzle takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Silvizzle looks gassed!
Silvizzle blocks a low kick nicely.
Silvizzle closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
McAlister lands a left and a right that send Silvizzle crashing to the mat, dazed. McAlister thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Silvizzle is rocked!
McAlister is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McAlister misses with an uppercut.
Silvizzle is still on wobbly legs! Can McAlister finish him?

McAlister moves in close and cracks Silvizzle with a massive right hand! Silvizzle, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by McAlister!
