Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between josh hayes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George StPierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). josh hayes looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
hayes shoots in for a double leg but StPierre sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
StPierre stuffs the takedown attempt from hayes. hayes gets slowly back to his feet.
hayes moves in looking to clinch but StPierre pushes him off.
StPierre shoots in and gets a takedown into hayes's guard.
StPierre is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
StPierre drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and StPierre jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
StPierre advances to half guard.
StPierre prevents hayes from improving his position.
hayes is breathing heavily.
StPierre is working for a kimura but hayes is defending it quite comfortably.
StPierre wants to work for an arm triangle but hayes is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
