Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mahatma Gandhi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ert Lopus! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Stewart Dunkirk and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lopus closes the distance and pushes Gandhi back into the ropes. Gandhi jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lopus walks away with a smile on his face. Gandhi gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Gandhi closes the distance but Lopus moves to the side and Lopus counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Gandhi lands an elbow inside.
It looks like Ert Lopus has been cut. Lopus misses with a hook from the clinch. Gandhi fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Lopus tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Gandhi avoids it. Gandhi avoiding damage as Lopus throws knees to the body.
Gandhi really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Gandhi jumps into guard, dragging Lopus to the mat.
Lopus has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Gandhi is proving hard to escape from. Gandhi controls Lopus momentarily but Lopus frees himself. Lopus would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Gandhi manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
