Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hyun Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ares Summers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kim's entrance music is To the Top. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Taro Takaoka and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Summers shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kim sprawls well. Kim wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Summers gets slowly back to his feet.
Kim lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Summers uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kim.
Summers tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Kim works the jab nicely.
Kim throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Summers sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Kim closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Summers did well to prevent Kim getting side control.
Kim is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

and Kim counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

and Kim makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Hyun Kim has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ares Summers.
Summers looks gassed!
Kim is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Summers hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
