The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Demon looks to throw the jab but Kroener is out of range.

Kroener decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Sascha Kroener wasn't active enough on the ground.
Demon misses with a takedown attempt

OK we're going to have a standup here. Sascha Kroener hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Kroener shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Jin Demon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sascha Kroener.

Demon wants to stand but Kroener is controlling his arm.
Demon throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

Kroener has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Demon can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Demon stands up out of Kroener's guard for a moment - Kroener manages to land a nice upkick.
