Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Matt Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeremy Toney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Walker comes to the cage accompanied by Green Day - East Jesus Nowhere. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jeremy Toney! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Leandro Rodrigues and Daniel Cesar.

Toney stuffs the takedown attempt from Walker. Walker gets slowly back to his feet. A slow jab from Toney misses its intended target. Toney looks to land a right hand but Walker moved out of range. Toney throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Walker. Toney is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Walker dodges the punch combination from Toney.
Toney bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Walker's head. Walker cracks Toney with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Toney will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Toney works over Walker's head and body with a nice combination. Toney just misses with a punch to the body.

Walker rushes Toney and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Walker wants a takedown but no success here.
Walker has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Toney avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Matt Walker. That's going to take a lot out of him. Toney is pressed up against the cage. Walker has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Toney down to the mat. Toney avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Toney swats away the attempt to clinch by Walker. Toney moves into range and connects with a jab. Toney misses with a two punch combination.
Jeremy Toney is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Toney throws a series of punches but Walker avoids them all with ease. Walker ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Toney punishes Walker's body with a nice straight punch. Toney throws a shot to the body.
Walker avoids a punch combination nicely.
Walker displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Toney throws out the jab.

Walker darts in and clinches Toney up against the cage.
Walker gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Walker is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Walker is trying to work for a kimura but Toney is defending well.
Walker wants to control but Toney is keeping him busy. Walker passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Toney! Toney is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Toney has left one of his arms exposed and Walker doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Toney screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
