Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Charlie Harper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matheus Dutra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Charlie Harper! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Matheus Dutra! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Winston Howard and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dutra misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Dutra dives in and grabs Harper's left leg, looking for a takedown. Harper pushes down on Dutra's head and hops out. Harper misses with a wild combination.
Harper moves in looking to clinch but Dutra pushes him off. Harper throws a lazy right hand but Dutra sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Harper throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Dutra. Dutra closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Dutra throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Harper is trying to stand up here but Dutra is controlling him well. Harper knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dutra on the ground. Dutra is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Harper is trying to stand up. Harper defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Dutra. Dutra wants to finish this one by submission but Harper is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Dutra.

Matheus Dutra dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Dutra tries to free his leg and advance position but Harper is retaining full guard. Dutra sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Harper's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Harper keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Harper pushes Dutra off looking to stand but Dutra dives back in and keeps control.
Dutra is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Harper has managed to free his arm - good work. Dutra throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Dutra looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Harper throws a right hand that Dutra ducks under and follows up with a left that Dutra also avoids with ease. Harper misses with a series of wild punches.

It looks like Matheus Dutra has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Dutra changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Harper tries to avoid it but Dutra manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Harper to the ground. Harper escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Charlie Harper has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matheus Dutra. Harper fails with an attempt to clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round. The fight stays on the outside here - Harper looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Harper thuds his right hand into Dutra's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Charlie Harper is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Harper thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Dutra if he has to take too many more of those.
Charlie Harper is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Dutra takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Harper throws a head kick but Dutra moves out of range.
