Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between EJ Whitten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yacoub Qura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Qura has chosen The Finest - MF Doom as his entrance music. Yacoub Qura will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Whitten has a takedown stuffed.
Whitten tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Qura paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Whitten.
Whitten goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Qura rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Whitten's guard! Nice work there by Qura!
Qura preventing the sweep.
Whitten preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Qura thows a big elbow that misses.
Whitten looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Qura passes into side control.
Qura stands up and beckons Whitten to his feet.
Whitten is breathing heavily.
Qura connects with a body shot.

Qura shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Whitten counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Whitten is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Qura is just riding it out for now. Whitten eventually gives up the hold.
Whitten is trying to work for a kimura but Qura is defending well.
Qura wants to get back to his feet.
Whitten seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Qura is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
