Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paddy Fox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Thunder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Fox might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Roy Jones - Can't be touched. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Paddy Fox!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Johnny Thunder!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Sam Margolis and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thunder cracks Fox with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Fox closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Thunder quickly recovers to half guard.
Thunder is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Fox seems to be looking for submissions.
Fox is keen to just control but Thunder is a slippery customer.
Thunder is trying to get back to full guard.

Thunder is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Fox pulls his head out easily.

Fox is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Thunder is just riding it out for now. Fox eventually gives up the hold.

Thunder got a little sloppy there for a moment and Fox has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Thunder has managed to get both his arms back between Fox's legs - danger averted.

Fox had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Thunder defends it easily.
Fox is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Thunder is controlling him.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Fox is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Thunder is aware though and is defending well.

Paddy Fox has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Johnny Thunder.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A punch lands to the side of Fox 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Thunder bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Fox is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Thunder asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Fox sneaks out the side door and pushes Thunder away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

and Fox counters with a three punch combo that has Thunder backing up. Thunder nods at Fox to acknowledge the strikes.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Fox throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Thunder.

Thunder shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Fox manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Fox has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Thunder to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Fox is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Thunder pulls down on the head and he's put Fox to sleep! This one is all over!
