The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sailor connects with a jab.
Xu closes the distance and clinches up with Sailor, looking for a takedown. Xu pushes Sailor against the cage but Sailor circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Sailor stuffs the takedown.
Ham Xu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Xu tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Sailor swivels and escapes.
Wendell Sailor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ham Xu.

Xu shoots in but no luck this time.
Xu shoots in for a double leg but Sailor sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Sailor cracks a nice hook into Xu's ribs.

Xu gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Xu takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

A right-left combo lands from Sailor.
Sailor throws an overhand right that drops Xu like a sack of potatoes! Sailor dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
