Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Blaze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zig Zag (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnny Blaze has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Johnny Blaze!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Viktor Lagutenko and Ivan Kurochkin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zag doesn't manage to clinch there - Blaze circles away.
Zag lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Blaze circles away quickly and effectively.
Zag takes one on the chin but seems OK.

It looks like Zig Zag has been cut.
Blaze rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Zag moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Zag displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Blaze throws out the jab.
Zag throws a head kick that Blaze semi-blocks.

Blaze cracks Zag with a big right hand and Zag goes down!
Zag is still in real trouble! Can Blaze finish him?

Blaze might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Zag seems to have recovered his senses.
Blaze passes Zag's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Zag really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Blaze. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Blaze is looking for a kimura but Zag is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Blaze to get the leverage.

Blaze is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Zag doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Blaze.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Zag is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Blaze with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

Zag won't enjoy being in this position. Blaze looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Zag is tapping - it's over boys! Blaze picks up the submission victory!
