Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Neil Noguira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Daniels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Neil Noguira!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Daniels!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Glass and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Noguira misses with a takedown attempt - Daniels sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Daniels lands with a slapping head kick.
Neil Noguira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Daniels stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Daniels wants it to stay on the feet.
Noguira looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Neil Noguira. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Noguira bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Daniels wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Noguira is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Daniels is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Noguira thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Noguira tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Noguira has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Daniels is looking to regain half guard here but Noguira keeps moving and retains side control.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Noguira wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Daniels, who protects the arm well.

Noguira looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Daniels is looking to reverse the position.

Noguira has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Daniels is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Noguira yanks on the arm and Daniels is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Noguira.
