Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Juan Tamad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erik Magnusson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Magnusson is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: The Animal by Disturbed. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Erik Magnusson was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magnusson throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Tamad counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Magnusson keeping hold of Tamad's head, controlling as best he can.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Magnusson tries to get to full guard but Tamad has control of the leg.

Magnusson is trying to get back to his feet but Tamad has full control of the position and if anything, Magnusson has just worked his way into a worse spot.
Will Tamad go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?

Tamad slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
