The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Man throws a quick inside leg kick.

Smith chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Man can pounce on him.
Smith looks to clinch
and Man counters with an inside leg kick.

and Smith moves into the clinch.
Man avoids the elbow strike from Smith, against the cage.

Smith prevents Man from breaking the clinch.
Man has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Smith swings wildly with an uppercut but Man uses good head movement to avoid it.

Man scores with a head kick. Smith tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Smith steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Man. That one must have hurt.

Man connects with a leg kick. Smith looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Man throws a wild body kick that Smith sees coming a mile off.

Man closes the distance but Smith moves to the side

and Smith moves into the clinch.
Man on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Man landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Man is looking to control Smith's arms but Smith gets an underhook and turns him. Now Man has his back to the cage.
Smith is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Man wants to get back to striking at distance but Smith won't allow it.
Smith misses with a knee strike.
Man looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Smith tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Man is trying to break free.

Smith escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Man. Smith shrugs it off though.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

and Man counters with a low kick, right behind Smith 's knee.

and Man counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! Man looks at the referee who does nothing so Man lands a crushing right that sends Smith to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.
