Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Alexandre Firmino and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lehtonen.
Silva slips under a jab from Lehtonen.
Silva throws a looping overhand right but Lehtonen ducks down to avoid it.
Silva throws a body kick that misses.
Silva tries a head kick but it misses.
Lehtonen closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Silva attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Lehtonen avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Lehtonen uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Silva has time to react.
A telegraphed right hand from Lehtonen misses the target.
Silva tests Lehtonen's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Silva moves in looking to clinch but Lehtonen pushes him off.
Lehtonen checks a low kick from Silva.
Silva tries to clinch but Lehtonen moves out of range.
Silva chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Lehtonen can pounce on him.
A head kick misses from Silva.
Silva throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Lehtonen counters with a head kick that drops Silva to the mat! Silva scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Silva is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lehtonen drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Silva right on the button. Silva goes down! Lehtonen follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Lehtonen gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jari Lehtonen!
