Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Corey Haim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fernando Sucre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Haim comes to the cage accompanied by Black And Yellow. The crowd seem to be enjoying Sucre's choice of entrance music: Capital Punishment. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Corey Haim! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Fernando Sucre! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, William Peck and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sucre slips under a jab. Sucre stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Sucre wants it to stay on the feet. Sucre shoots and misses and Haim counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Haim trying to control the position from guard on top but Sucre is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Haim tries to free his leg and advance position but Sucre is retaining full guard. Sucre can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Haim controls the pace. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Haim drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Haim jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Haim trying to control the position from guard on top but Sucre is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Sucre is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Haim defends well. Haim slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Sucre sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Haim is looking for a kimura but Sucre is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Haim to get the leverage. Haim looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Sucre tries to roll over but Haim keeps him under control. Haim not doing much here.

Haim passes to side control. Haim wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Sucre, who protects the arm well. Haim trying to control the position but Sucre is working away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sucre is trying to control Haim's posture but Haim avoids it. Haim lands a few punches from side control. Sucre wants to control but Haim postures up. Haim looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Sucre wants to control but Haim postures up. Sucre manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Sucre wants to lay and pray for a moment but Haim keeps working. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Haim is trying to get back to full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sucre wants to work for an arm triangle but Haim is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Haim looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Haim wants to improve his position but Sucre is controlling well.
Haim won't allow Sucre to pass to mount. Sucre is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Haim tries to roll over but Sucre keeps him under control. Haim is staying active underneath Sucre, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Haim moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Sucre is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Haim working a defensive guard here.
Haim looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Sucre has picked Haim up and slammed him! Haim can't keep hold of the triangle and Sucre manages to pass to side control! Haim is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Sucre off and has taken his back! Haim working for a choke but Sucre is defending well. Haim has managed to slip his arm under Sucre's chin. This could be all over... yep, Sucre is tapping out! Submission win for Haim.
