Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Frank kudo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shaune Scally (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Dillan Fox and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
kudo leaves Scally with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
kudo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Nice takedown defense from kudo. No joy for Scally on that attempt.
Scally closes the distance and clinches up with kudo, looking for a takedown. Scally pushes kudo against the cage but kudo circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Frank kudo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shaune Scally.
Scally shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Scally showed some decent athleticism there.
Scally is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Scally should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Scally is working for a submission of some sort.
kudo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Scally on the ground.

Scally seems to be working for a kimura but kudo defends the submission attempt.

Scally is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so kudo is just riding it out for now. Scally eventually gives up the hold.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
kudo won't allow Scally to pass to mount.
Scally is sneakily working for an arm triangle but kudo sees it coming and defends easily.
Scally is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and kudo defends it well.
kudo is looking to escape.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Scally has eaten all the pies!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Scally in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. kudo tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Scally!
