Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tyrell Hagood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fedor Emylianenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hagood comes to the cage accompanied by Eff Grandad. Emylianenko has chosen enae volare mezzo as his entrance music. Hagood has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. This should be a great matchup!

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Fedor Emylianenko! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Emylianenko shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hagood sprawls well. Hagood wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Emylianenko gets slowly back to his feet. Hagood is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Emylianenko's half guard. Hagood missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Hagood blocks the strikes from Emylianenko.
Hagood has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Emylianenko is trying to stand back up but Hagood is controlling him
Emylianenko looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Hagood is breathing heavily. Emylianenko wants to control but Hagood is keeping busy and won't allow it. Emylianenko is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Hagood's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Hagood's back!

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Emylianenko looking for the RNC. Emylianenko not allowing Hagood to control his hands. Emylianenko misses with a punch to the head. Emylianenko throws a series of strikes and Hagood wriggles onto his back, so he's now mounted. He's in real trouble here. Hagood is wriggling around trying to escape.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hagood throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing. Hagood can't escape the position.

Emylianenko can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Hagood is looking to escape. Emylianenko lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Hagood is squirming around, avoiding Emylianenko's attempts to control the action. Emylianenko lands a nice shot to the head. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Hagood is in all sorts of trouble here.
Poor strikes thrown by Emylianenko there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Fedor Emylianenko dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Emylianenko doesn't succeed with the takedown and Hagood counters with a takedown into side control. Emylianenko tries to buck Hagood off but Hagood is having none of it. Hagood trying to control the action but Emylianenko is working from the bottom. Emylianenko is trying to get back to his feet. Hagood stands up and beckons Emylianenko to his feet. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hagood pushes Emylianenko up against the cage in a clinch. Hagood escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hagood tries to clinch up but Emylianenko circles away and keeps his distance. Emylianenko has a takedown stuffed. Hagood takes the fight into the clinch. Emylianenko is trying to break the clinch but Hagood has him pressed against the cage. Hagood breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Hagood takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Emylianenko takes a swing at Hagood's ribcage but misses. Emylianenko tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Hagood counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Hagood moves into full mount! Emylianenko won't be happy about that! Emylianenko is arching his back trying to strike from the bottom but Hagood turns him over and now has his back. Hagood controlling from the back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Emylianenko can't escape the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Hagood is trying to stick to Emylianenko's back but Emylianenko is turning into Hagood. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Hagood's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Emylianenko. Hagood looking to sweep here. No luck so far. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Hagood is working hard here to advance position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hagood has control of Emylianenko's left arm, preventing Emylianenko from doing any damage.
We're going to have a standup here because Tyrell Hagood wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Emylianenko takes a kick to the side of the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tyrell Hagood dominated that second round. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Emylianenko throws a head kick that misses and Hagood counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Hagood. Hagood looking to pass the guard. Tyrell Hagood overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Emylianenko doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Hagood won't allow Emylianenko to sweep him here. Emylianenko looking for a guillotine here but Hagood defends easily.
Hagood advances to half guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Emylianenko is looking for a sweep. Hagood is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Hagood is working for a submission of some sort.
Hagood controlling the action here. Hagood is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Emylianenko has managed to free his arm - good work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hagood decides to return to a standing position. Emylianenko lands a two punch combo.
Tyrell Hagood seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hagood gets the takedown into side control. Hagood controls the position. Hagood tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Emylianenko is trying to improve his position.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Hagood stalling. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Hagood is looking for a kimura but Emylianenko is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Hagood to get the leverage.
And that's the end of the fight! Tyrell Hagood showed his dominance in that final round. Well Hagood has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
