Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Freddy Lanzaro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrei James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lanzaro comes to the cage accompanied by Eminem - Superman. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lanzaro closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Lanzaro lands in his opponent's guard.
Lanzaro slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
James avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Lanzaro drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and James dives on top into guard.
Lanzaro wants to sweep but no luck.
Lanzaro is looking to stand up but James isn't so interested in that idea.
Lanzaro has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Lanzaro is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Lanzaro manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Lanzaro shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in James's guard.
Lanzaro drops back, looking for a kneebar! James looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. James looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from James!

James wants to stand but Lanzaro is controlling his arm.

Lanzaro seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. James is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
