Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bill Brasky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jubal Early (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jubal Early is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bill Brasky! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jubal Early! The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Early shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Brasky but Brasky pushes him off and we're back to square one. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Brasky throws a wild body kick that Early sees coming a mile off. Early tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Early closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Brasky did well to prevent Early getting side control. Brasky regains full guard. Nicely done. Early wants to control from the top but Brasky keeps moving. Early preventing the sweep. Early pushing down on Brasky's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Brasky looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Brasky slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Brasky keeping full guard, as Early tries to pass.
That's one minute gone in the round. Early is looking to work some ground and pound but Brasky has wrist control. Brasky keeping moving, preventing Early from controlling successfully. Early has gone for a leg lock! Brasky slips out almost immediately though and dives into Early's guard. Early is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Brasky is aware though and is defending well. Early has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Brasky can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Early escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Brasky gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Early bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Brasky's guard. Early drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Early jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Early postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Brasky is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Early, into his guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brasky stopping the sweep attempt from Early. Brasky has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Brasky advances to half guard. Brasky moves nicely into side control. Brasky is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Early has escaped the position, nice work there. Early manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Brasky is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Early manages to get to full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Early tries to land a sweep but no joy. Brasky stands up from Early's guard - Brasky perhaps looking for a knockout. A nice inside leg kick there by Brasky. That's going to slow Early down. Early closes the distance and clinches. A short right from Brasky on the inside. Brasky throws a head punch that misses. Brasky lands a hook to the side of the head. Brasky lands with a short shot to the head.
It looks like Jubal Early has been cut. Brasky struggles to land a body shot inside as Early controls his hands.
Brasky tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Brasky has a couple of punches blocked by Early.
Brasky lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Brasky pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Early looks for a takedown but Brasky sprawls well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Brasky throws a body kick that misses. Early shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Brasky but Brasky pushes him off and we're back to square one. Bill Brasky has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jubal Early. Brasky tries to bum rush Early with a series of wild strikes but Early uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Early walks into a straight right hand from Brasky. Early misses with an attempted mid kick.
Early shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Early takes one to the chin there. Brasky feints a jab promting Early to slip. Brasky then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Early slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Early uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Brasky.
Early throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Brasky tries to sprawl but Early drives through with a takedown into half guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Early is thwarting Brasky's attempts to control the position. Brasky is trying to get back to full guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Brasky is working hard here to advance position. Early seems to be working for a kimura but Brasky defends the submission attempt. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bill Brasky dominated that round. The cut man is working on Jubal Early's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Early shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Brasky as he jumps to the side. Brasky scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Early on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Sloppy strikes from Brasky. Those never looked like landing. Brasky takes the fight into the clinch. A nice right hand lands inside from Brasky. Early drops down looking for an ankle pick but Brasky pulls his leg out and moves away.
Brasky throws a right and a left that both miss. Brasky throws a series of punches but Early moves out of range. Brasky displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Brasky clinches with his opponent.
Brasky lands a hook that snaps the head of Early backwards. A short left from Brasky. Brasky breaks the clinch.
Brasky lands a jab to the head.
Early blocks the body kick.
Brasky misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
That's one minute gone in the round. Early closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Brasky to the mat! Brasky manages to get full guard. Early avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Early tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Brasky managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Early.

Early throwing strikes but Brasky manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control! Jubal Early has got the better of the ground game so far. Brasky working away. Brasky in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Early wants to control but Brasky postures up. Early is trying to work for a sweep but Brasky has mounted him! The referee warns Early that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Early takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Early is looking to get to half guard. Early is breathing heavily. Early tries to hold on but Brasky postures up. Brasky lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
That has opened up Jubal Early's cut even more. Early wants to control but Brasky is having none of it. Brasky lands a heavy elbow.
Jubal Early's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jubal Early's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:54 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Bill Brasky! Bill Brasky retains his light heavyweight title!
