Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Shinto Rage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bj Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Penn has chosen BJ Penn as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Bj Penn has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Rage doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Rage takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Shinto Rage has been cut.
Horrible takedown by Rage or perhaps it was just good defense by Penn which made him look bad.
Penn lands with an overhand left.
Bj Penn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rage will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

and Rage counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Rage postures up in Penn's guard and throws a big left but Penn blocks it.

Oh Rage is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Penn circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Rage to the canvas! Rage doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Penn keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
