The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Melikhov uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Wearsmybelt.
Melikhov misses with a takedown
and Melikhov takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Sergey Melikhov has been cut.
Wearsmybelt lands a big uppercut and Melikhov crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Melikhov looks OK. Wearsmybelt waves Melikhov back to his feet!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Melikhov misses with a takedown
and Wearsmybelt counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Melikhov looks gassed!
Wearsmybelt rushes Melikhov with punches - Melikhov moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Melikhov goes down! Wearsmybelt follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
