Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Cat Litter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcellus LeGualt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). LeGualt has chosen Get Free by The Vines as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

LeGualt drops Litter with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Litter looks back up at him and smiles so LeGualt waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

It looks like Cat Litter has been cut.
LeGualt rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Litter moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Litter is rocked!
Litter keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Oh Litter is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
LeGualt pulls out of a head kick attempt.
LeGualt fails to land with a series of punches.
Marcellus LeGualt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Litter has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Litter and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

LeGualt really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Litter. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Litter feints and as LeGualt raises his hands in defense, Litter changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

LeGualt is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

LeGualt shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Litter throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around LeGualt's waist but LeGualt gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Litter off to one side.
