Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nikolai Luzhin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pat Pasi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Luzhin kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Enae Volare Mezzo by Era. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Pat Pasi was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Nikolai Luzhin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Pat Pasi!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Steven Brown and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Luzhin lands with a hook. Pasi tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Luzhin throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Pasi.
Pasi looks to clinch
and Luzhin counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Pasi thinking.
A clash of legs there as Luzhin blocks the low kick.
Pasi has taken the fight to the clinch.
Luzhin can't break the clinch.
Pasi throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Luzhin blocks it with crossed arms.
Pasi lands a knee to the head.
Luzhin breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Luzhin tries to score with a low kick but Pasi moves his leg out of the way.
Pasi looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Pasi moves to clinch but Luzhin breaks away
and Luzhin counters with a nice uppercut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Luzhin connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Pasi's hands.
Pasi throws a shot from downtown. Luzhin moves away and avoids it.
Pasi steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Luzhin.
Pasi lands a leg kick that knocks Luzhin off balance momentarily.
Pasi wants to clinch
and Luzhin counters with a left and a right that stings Pasi.
Pasi misses with an attempted mid kick.
Pasi avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Some wild striking there from Luzhin.
Luzhin blocks a head kick by Pasi.
Luzhin throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Pasi stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Luzhin scores with the left hand. Pasi knows he should have avoided that one.
Pasi tries to clinch
and Luzhin connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Pasi tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Luzhin counters with a stiff right hand.
Pasi is rocked!
Pasi leaves his chin hanging out and Luzhin seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Pasi crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Nikolai Luzhin!
